Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Futurist Studies (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning at executive level
- Published research in quantum machine learning or neuro-technology
- Proven track record of scaling AI systems in regulated industries
- Certification in AI Ethics and Governance frameworks
- Deep expertise in blockchain and decentralized systems
