Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the company's 2026 technology vision roadmap, focusing on AI's next-generation applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and evaluating emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercial potential
- Develop predictive models for AI's societal and economic impact through 2026, informing strategic decisions
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for advanced AI systems, ensuring responsible innovation
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and external stakeholders through compelling thought leadership
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate futuristic AI concepts with commercial viability
- Monitor global tech policy developments and assess implications for our long-term strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, AI research, or futurism with proven impact on organizational roadmaps
- Deep expertise in machine learning, quantum computing, and emerging AI paradigms (AGI, neuro-symbolic AI)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into executive-level strategic narratives
- Publication record or thought leadership in AI ethics, future studies, or technology policy
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation initiatives from concept to market deployment
