- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in building explainable AI frameworks for high-stakes decision systems

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI with 5+ years of strategic foresight experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on AGI alignment or quantum machine learning
- Proficiency in TensorFlow Quantum and PyTorch 2.0+ frameworks
- Demonstrated success in securing federal research funding
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 AI management systems
