Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive AI and future technology strategy aligned with company vision and market trends.
- Lead research and development initiatives in areas such as generative AI, quantum computing, and advanced robotics.
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate innovative AI solutions into existing and new products.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and provide thought leadership through white papers, conferences, and industry publications.
- Mentor and guide cross-functional teams to foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with leading academic institutions, tech startups, and industry leaders.
- Present strategic recommendations to the executive team and board of directors.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or a related technology field, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving innovation and successfully launching AI-powered products or services.
- Deep understanding of current and future AI trends, including generative AI, ethical AI, and AI governance.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
