Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year AI strategy aligning with global market trends and regulatory landscapes
- Architect ethical AI frameworks for autonomous systems and human augmentation
- Lead quantum-AI hybrid research initiatives for 2026 product roadmap
- Partner with C-suite to integrate AI-driven innovation across all business units
- Present future scenarios to Fortune 500 clients and industry consortiums
- Mentor next-generation AI researchers through our FutureTech Academy
- Author thought leadership publications on AI's societal impact by 2030
Qualifications
- PhD in Machine Learning, Cognitive Science, or Futurism (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years leading AI initiatives at scale (FAANG-scale preferred)
- Published research in top-tier AI/ethics conferences (NeurIPS, ICLR)
- Expertise in generative adversarial networks and multivariate time-series forecasting
- Deep understanding of global AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Proven track record of translating AI theory into commercial products
- Certification in Futures Thinking (WFS, APF) or equivalent
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ AI systems deployed with >10M users
