Responsibilities
- Develop strategic 5-year AI roadmaps aligning with emerging technological paradigms
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI systems (quantum/neural hybrids)
- Anticipate socioeconomic impacts of AI evolution and design ethical mitigation frameworks
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions for breakthrough research initiatives
- Present visionary insights to C-suite executives and government stakeholders
- Author white papers on AI's role in solving 21st-century grand challenges
- Oversee implementation of responsible AI governance across all product verticals
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field with 8+ years AI research experience
- Proven track record of predicting technological disruptions (portfolio required)
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, and AGI safety protocols
- Published work in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.) on future AI applications
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Familiarity with global AI policy frameworks and ethical governance standards
- Experience leading teams of 15+ researchers in multidisciplinary environments
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
