Responsibilities

- Present foresight findings at Davos and World Economic Forum summits
- Mentor a team of 5 futurist researchers and data scientists
Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Cognitive Science, or Futurist Studies (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in AI research with published papers at NeurIPS/ICML
- Proven track record of forecasting tech adoption with 85%+ accuracy
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing
- Deep understanding of global AI policy and regulatory landscapes
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level stakeholder engagement
