Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 or scale-up
- Proven expertise in AI/ML implementation and ethical AI frameworks
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, or neurotech)
- Experience building technology roadmaps with 5+ year horizons
- Executive-level communication with ability to articulate complex concepts
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
