Responsibilities
- Lead development of AI-driven strategies for 2026 technology roadmap

- Architect cross-functional innovation labs for prototype development
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget and global R&D teams
- Drive partnerships with leading academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Establish ethical frameworks for future AI deployment
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in AI/ML leadership at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Proven track record of launching commercialized AI products
- Expertise in quantum algorithms and neural network architectures
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ technical professionals
- Deep understanding of ethical AI governance frameworks
