Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the technical roadmap for 2026, identifying emerging technologies like Generative AI and Edge Computing.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance AI systems that can handle millions of concurrent users.
- Team Management: Mentor senior engineers and hire top-tier talent to build a world-class future-tech division.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with academic institutions and research labs to stay ahead of the curve on breakthrough technologies.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize model inference and reduce latency in real-time applications.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML leadership roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to translate long-term trends into concrete technical strategies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s or PhD is a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
