Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field with 5+ years in AI governance
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics for ML models (e.g., Aequitas, Fairlearn)
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Proven experience translating ethical principles into technical requirements for engineering teams
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to facilitate complex cross-functional discussions
- Published research or demonstrable contributions to AI ethics literature or standards development
- Certification in AI ethics or responsible AI (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, Google ML Certificate specialization)
