Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI ethics, governance, or responsible AI initiatives
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and evolving US regulations
- Proficiency in bias detection tools and fairness metrics implementation
