Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for machine learning models
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards in product design
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees and stakeholder consultations
- Advise on regulatory compliance for emerging AI applications
- Research and publish thought leadership on AI ethics trends
- Train teams on responsible AI development practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, data ethics, or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation and fairness metrics for ML systems
- Strong background in regulatory frameworks (GDPR, AI Act, etc.)
- Experience with stakeholder engagement and policy development
- Proficiency in ethical AI frameworks (e.g., IEEE, ACM)
- Published work on AI ethics or technology ethics preferred
