Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce AI ethics protocols for autonomous systems and generative models
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align technical teams with ethical guidelines
- Conduct adversarial testing to identify and mitigate algorithmic biases
- Author white papers on AI governance for regulatory bodies and industry coalitions
- Partner with neuro-ethicists to evaluate brain-AI interface implications
- Design real-time ethics monitoring dashboards for deployed AI systems
- Mentor junior researchers in responsible AI development practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with AI specialization
- 5+ years implementing AI governance frameworks at Fortune 500 or FAANG companies
- Expertise in bias-mitigation techniques for large language models
- Published research on AI ethics or algorithmic transparency
- Certification in Responsible AI from IEEE or similar organization
- Experience with quantum computing ethics challenges
- Deep understanding of neuro-technology ethical implications
- Exceptional communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
