Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical governance frameworks for AI systems

- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI deployment strategies
- Research emerging ethical challenges in autonomous systems and generative AI
- Establish industry standards through white papers and thought leadership
- Mentor junior staff on ethical AI best practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience in AI ethics, responsible AI, or governance
- Deep understanding of fairness, accountability, and transparency (FAT) principles
- Proficiency in Python and statistical analysis for bias detection
- Experience with AI frameworks like Hugging Face or TensorFlow
- Strong background in policy development and stakeholder communication
- Published work in AI ethics or relevant conferences preferred
