Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with emerging 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across machine learning models
- Create transparent documentation for AI decision-making processes
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI adoption strategies
- Monitor emerging AI ethics legislation and advise on compliance requirements
- Design ethical impact assessments for new AI product launches
- Collaborate with data scientists to mitigate algorithmic discrimination risks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible tech, or compliance roles
- Deep expertise in fairness, accountability, and transparency (FAT) principles
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong technical understanding of machine learning workflows
- Proven ability to translate ethical concepts into technical requirements
- Certification in AI ethics or governance (e.g., IEEE, ACM) preferred
- Published work on AI ethics or responsible technology adoption
