Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks for enterprise clients
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits across machine learning pipelines
- Lead cross-functional ethics reviews for AI product launches
- Design stakeholder engagement protocols for AI transparency initiatives
- Monitor evolving AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Train development teams on responsible AI deployment practices
- Author ethics-by-design documentation for AI systems
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or Jurisprudence
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics-related roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for ML models
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations and standards
- Experience with ethics-by-design methodologies
- Strong analytical writing and stakeholder communication skills
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
