Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI frameworks for autonomous systems and predictive analytics
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI models to identify and mitigate algorithmic bias
- Develop governance protocols for AI deployment in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, etc.)
- Author white papers and policy recommendations for governmental AI ethics committees
- Coordinate with international research bodies to establish global AI ethics standards
- Mentor junior researchers through our FutureWorks Academy ethics curriculum
- Present findings at premier AI ethics conferences and industry symposiums
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Computer Science, Ethics, or related field with 5+ years AI ethics experience
- Proven track record of published research in top-tier AI ethics journals
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for machine learning models
- Familiarity with EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and other regulatory frameworks
- Experience testifying before governmental technology ethics committees
- Strong background in participatory design methodologies for AI systems
- Proficiency in Python and statistical analysis tools for bias auditing
