Qualifications
- PhD in AI Ethics, Philosophy, Policy, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years in AI governance, tech policy, or ethics leadership
- Proven track record influencing regulatory frameworks
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global standards
- Deep understanding of bias mitigation techniques in ML systems
- Exceptional strategic communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
