Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics policies aligned with emerging 2026 regulatory standards
- Conduct algorithmic audits and bias assessments for all AI systems
- Lead stakeholder workshops to integrate diverse perspectives into AI design
- Represent the company at international AI ethics forums and regulatory bodies
- Train cross-functional teams on ethical AI implementation practices
- Establish KPIs for measuring ethical AI performance and compliance
- Lead crisis response for AI ethics violations
Qualifications
- PhD or advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, ethics, or responsible tech leadership
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for machine learning systems
- Proven track record of influencing corporate AI policy development
- Experience with global AI regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published research in AI ethics or adjacent fields
