Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across machine learning pipelines
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams on secure AI protocol development
- Advocate for ethical AI standards in regulatory consultations and industry forums
- Design neuro-symbolic AI architectures that maintain human oversight capabilities
- Lead cross-functional workshops on responsible AI deployment strategies
- Publish research in top-tier AI ethics and security journals
Qualifications
- PhD in AI Ethics, Machine Learning, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF, etc.)
- Proficiency in bias detection tools (IBM AI Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
- Strong background in cryptography and quantum-resistant algorithms
- Demonstrated experience with neuro-symbolic AI systems
- Published work in top-tier AI ethics or security conferences
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement
