Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or responsible tech development
- Expertise in AI ethics frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Strong understanding of bias mitigation techniques in machine learning
- Experience with cross-functional ethical technology implementation
- Published research or practical experience in AI accountability systems
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
