Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI governance frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Conduct ethical risk assessments for autonomous decision-making systems
- Develop bias detection algorithms and fairness validation protocols
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI adoption strategies
- Author compliance documentation for international AI standards bodies
- Partner with product teams to embed ethical principles into AI lifecycle
- Monitor emerging AI legislation and advise on proactive compliance measures
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Policy, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for machine learning models
- Strong knowledge of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging frameworks
- Experience with stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical audiences
- Published work on AI ethics or policy (preferred)
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., CEGAI, AIGP) or equivalent
