Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI governance frameworks aligned with NIST AI RMF and EU AI Act principles
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for generative AI models
- Develop ethical guidelines for autonomous decision-making systems in critical infrastructure
- Collaborate with legal teams to ensure compliance with emerging AI regulations
- Lead stakeholder workshops on AI transparency and explainability protocols
- Create audit trails for AI model development lifecycle
- Advocate for responsible AI adoption through industry white papers and conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 3+ years experience in AI ethics, compliance, or governance roles
- Deep understanding of NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, and OECD AI Principles
- Proficiency in Python for bias detection and fairness metrics
- Experience with model documentation and audit trail creation
- Strong background in policy development and stakeholder management
- Published work in AI ethics or responsible AI practices
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., CEGAI) or equivalent training
