Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks for LLM and generative AI systems
- Lead cross-functional audits of autonomous vehicle safety protocols
- Partner with policymakers on 2026 AI governance legislation
- Train engineering teams on bias mitigation techniques
- Establish quantum computing ethical guidelines
- Report to CTO on emerging ethical risks
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI governance or responsible tech roles
- Published research on algorithmic bias or explainable AI
- Experience with ISO/IEC 42001 standards
- Strong background in policy advocacy
- Proficiency in Python for ethical auditing tools
- Certification in AI Risk Management (e.g., Stanford HAI)
