Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics policies aligned with emerging 2026 regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Conduct risk assessments for generative AI, autonomous systems, and predictive analytics
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees to evaluate high-impact AI deployments
- Design explainability protocols for black-box AI models and bias mitigation strategies
- Partner with legal teams to ensure compliance with evolving AI governance requirements
- Stakeholder training on ethical AI development and responsible deployment practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or Law with AI specialization
- 5+ years in AI ethics, compliance, or governance roles with tech industry exposure
- Deep expertise in NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, and ISO/IEC 42001 standards
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating algorithmic bias and ethical risks
- Experience implementing explainability techniques (SHAP, LIME) for complex models
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethics Certification) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders
