Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance protocols for autonomous decision systems
- Conduct bias audits across machine learning pipelines using advanced statistical modeling
- Lead cross-functional working groups including engineers, policymakers, and ethicists
- Author compliance documentation for ISO/IEC 42001 certification
- Design real-time ethical monitoring dashboards for deployed AI systems
- Represent NexusTech at global AI ethics summits and regulatory hearings
- Mentor junior engineers on responsible AI development practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Philosophy, or Ethics with 5+ years AI compliance experience
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and bias detection libraries
- Published research in AI ethics or algorithmic fairness
- Certification in AI Governance (AIGC) or Ethics Engineering (AEE)
- Experience with quantum computing ethics considerations
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
