Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in AI Ethics, Philosophy of Technology, or related field
- 5+ years experience in tech ethics roles with Fortune 500 or unicorns
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global AI regulations
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or AI safety
- Experience with cross-cultural ethical frameworks and stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in Python for AI auditing tools and bias detection
- Track record of influencing product roadmaps through ethical considerations
- Deep understanding of quantum computing and neurotech implications
