Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive ethical guidelines for AI systems deployed by 2026
- Lead cross-functional ethical impact assessments for emerging AI technologies
- Collaborate with engineers to embed privacy, fairness, and transparency into AI architectures
- Monitor global AI regulatory trends and advise on compliance strategies
- Design stakeholder engagement frameworks for diverse AI ethics discussions
- Research and publish on frontier ethical challenges in autonomous systems and generative AI
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of AI ethics experience
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, OECD Principles)
- Proven track record of translating ethical principles into technical requirements
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across technical, legal, and public domains
- Deep understanding of AI technologies (ML, NLP, computer vision) and their societal implications
- Experience with ethical auditing frameworks and impact assessment methodologies
- Publications or speaking engagements in AI ethics conferences preferred
