Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI models
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for AI deployment across healthcare, finance, and urban infrastructure
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical-by-design principles throughout the development lifecycle
- Lead stakeholder dialogues with policymakers, industry consortiums, and academic institutions on AI ethics standards
- Establish real-time monitoring systems for ethical compliance in production AI environments
- Author whitepapers and position papers on emerging ethical dilemmas in 2026 technology landscapes
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Philosophy, Computer Science, Ethics, or related field with specialization in AI ethics
- 5+ years experience in AI governance, responsible AI implementation, or technology ethics roles
- Deep expertise in bias mitigation, fairness metrics, and explainable AI techniques
- Proven track record of developing ethical frameworks for autonomous systems or generative AI
- Strong understanding of emerging regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF) and global ethical standards
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts to technical teams
- Experience with participatory design methodologies involving diverse stakeholder groups
