Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for AI systems launched in 2026

- Advocate for ethical AI principles during product development cycles
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align teams on ethical priorities
- Monitor emerging regulations and update compliance protocols
- Author thought leadership on AI ethics and societal impact
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience in AI ethics, responsible AI, or compliance
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to assess complex ethical dilemmas
- Experience with bias detection tools and fairness metrics
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published work or significant contributions to AI ethics discourse
