Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX; proficiency in distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in high-stakes environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
