Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for executives.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with a high degree of professionalism.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and filing systems to ensure accurate documentation.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and itineraries.
- Act as the point of contact for vendors and visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Support special projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role (1-3 years minimum).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
