Responsibilities
Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements.Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations with precision using Microsoft Office Suite.Screen and direct incoming calls and emails, handling inquiries with the highest level of professionalism.Assist in the preparation of monthly reports, expense reports, and general ledger entries.Maintain office inventory, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships.Organize and archive digital and physical files to ensure efficient information retrieval.Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming environment.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in Business Administration preferred).Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in administrative support or a related field.Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated detail-oriented approach with excellent time management abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
