Responsibilities
- Communication Management: Handle incoming calls, screen visitors, and draft professional correspondence, including emails and memos.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives.
- Document Management: Prepare, edit, and format documents using Microsoft Office Suite; maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Office Operations: Oversee office supply inventory, process invoices, and assist with general clerical duties to ensure a smooth office environment.
- Project Support: Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data analysis for management review.
- Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for clients and partners, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries efficiently.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or certification in Administrative Assistance is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional administrative experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with CRM software is highly desirable.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Soft Skills: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities.
