Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Resolve customer inquiries and troubleshoot basic technical issues efficiently.
- Enter and update customer information accurately into the company database.
- Document all interactions and escalate complex issues to the supervisor when necessary.
- Maintain a quiet and organized workspace to ensure high-quality support.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred, but not required.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (40+ WPM).
- Must have a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection for remote work.
- Ability to work independently and maintain focus during night hours.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
