Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for product evolution, identifying key technological trends and integrating them into our core architecture.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, fault-tolerant systems that can handle millions of concurrent users with zero latency.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and data scientists to ensure technical feasibility and business alignment.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the continuous optimization of system performance, security, and scalability.
- Innovation Labs: Prototype and validate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum-ready algorithms, advanced Neural Networks) before full-scale deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in AI/ML frameworks.
