Responsibilities
- Architect and implement forward-thinking solutions aligned with 2026 technological roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product strategists
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, etc.)
- Develop scalable prototypes and PoCs for next-gen products
- Collaborate with C-suite to define 5-year innovation strategy
- Mentor junior engineers in advanced technical and leadership skills
- Drive R&D initiatives in AI, IoT, and sustainable tech ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in engineering leadership with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record shipping complex systems with measurable impact
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI/ML, or advanced robotics
- Strong background in cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- Published research or patents in futuristic technology domains
- Experience scaling engineering teams from 10 to 100+ members
- Deep understanding of ethical implications of disruptive technologies
