Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable architectures for 2026-era quantum neural networks
- Lead cross-functional sprints on sustainable AI optimization for edge devices
- Develop patent-pending protocols for quantum-safe blockchain infrastructure
- Mentor junior engineers in emerging tech ethics and responsible innovation
- Collaborate with neuroscientists to prototype brain-computer interfaces
- Present breakthrough findings at global tech summits and white papers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in distributed systems with 5+ years in quantum computing or AI research
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Physics with publications in Nature/Science
- Expertise in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Proven track record of shipping production-level ML/AI systems at scale
- Deep understanding of quantum cryptography and post-quantum algorithms
- Experience with neuromorphic computing frameworks (SpikingJenetics/NEST)
- Certifications in quantum hardware (IBM Q Experience/Google Quantum AI)
