Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology and societal trend forecasting model
- Lead strategic initiatives to integrate emerging technologies (quantum, AI ethics, bio-digital interfaces) into business operations
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-ready solutions with 3-year implementation horizons
- Present visionary frameworks to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Establish innovation metrics to track progress toward 2026 milestones
- Coordinate with global futurist networks to validate and refine long-term predictions
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite technology leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology forecasting
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on technology adoption strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) strongly preferred
