Role Overview: In this high-impact role, you will act as a bridge between business objectives and technical execution. You will lead the strategic planning process to align our technology stack with the demands of the year 2026 and beyond, driving innovation across AI, Cloud, and Data ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Vision: Create a comprehensive roadmap that aligns technical capabilities with business goals and market trends.
- Emerging Technology Analysis: Continuously monitor and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Blockchain) to identify opportunities for competitive advantage.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to translate business strategy into actionable technical strategies.
- Resource Allocation: Guide the technology investment strategy, prioritizing R&D initiatives that drive growth and efficiency.
- Innovation Labs: Lead internal innovation initiatives and hackathons to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Risk Management: Assess technical risks associated with long-term projects and develop mitigation strategies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or enterprise architecture.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining and executing long-term technology roadmaps.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies, including Cloud (AWS/Azure), AI/ML, and Big Data.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior leadership.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on solving complex business problems through technology.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
