- Mentor a team of 12 PhD-level researchers and engineers
- Present at global tech summits including Web3.0 and Metaverse conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Systems Engineering
- 10+ years in R&D leadership at FAANG or equivalent tier-1 tech firms
- Published author in Nature/Science or top-tier IEEE journals
- Expertise in at least three emerging verticals (quantum, neuromorphic, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic tech (3+ exits/acquisitions)
- Active contributor to IEEE 2026 standards committees
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, and Python
