Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology vision roadmap aligned with long-term business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype futuristic solutions
- Present strategic technology forecasts to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, researchers, and academic partners
- Drive adoption of exponential technologies across product development and operations
- Author thought leadership content on the future of tech (reports, whitepapers, keynotes)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting and implementing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two exponential tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends
- Deep understanding of ethical implications of advanced technologies
