Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technology landscapes
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Architect proof-of-concept frameworks for next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Partner with R&D to translate futuristic concepts into scalable solutions
- Present visionary briefings to C-suite and industry stakeholders
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technology deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futurist or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, neurotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive innovations
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning abilities
- Published thought leadership in technology journals
- Experience with technology ethics and governance frameworks
