Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in finance, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing applications, neuromorphic processors, and AI ethics frameworks
- Design scalable architectures for next-gen autonomous systems and human-machine interfaces
- Present strategic technology briefings to C-suite executives and industry consortiums
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets with 15% dedicated to ethical AI development
- Mentor cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers and researchers
- Author white papers on emerging tech trends for industry publications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or autonomous systems
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps for enterprise clients
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Experience managing $1M+ R&D budgets and P&L accountability
- Strong network connections with MIT Media Lab, Stanford AI Lab, or similar institutions
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit)
