Responsibilities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026 technology adoption across quantum, AI, and biotech sectors
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives targeting 3-5 year technological horizons
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation with long-term business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging trends and disruptive technologies
- Represent InnovateX at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
- Drive patent strategy for breakthrough innovations with 2026 commercialization potential
- Mentor junior futurists in emerging technology methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership roles
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends (demonstrated via published work)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, synthetic biology
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience securing $1M+ in R&D funding for futuristic projects
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Portfolio of 2026-relevant technology white papers or prototypes
