Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market evolution
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, metaverse integration) and their enterprise applications
- Lead innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions for future market needs
- Establish strategic partnerships with tech pioneers, research institutions, and venture capital firms
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to the board and executive stakeholders
- Mentor a team of technology strategists and researchers in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and implementing future-ready solutions
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or Web3
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex digital transformations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology Management
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation (preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
