- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market disruption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Present futuristic insights to executive stakeholders and external partners
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and academic researchers
- Author thought leadership publications on tech's societal impact
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of predicting tech adoption curves (provide case studies)
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (blockchain, AGI, biotech)
- Certification in Futures Studies (e.g., CFS) or equivalent
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Portfolio of published futurist research or patents
