- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and sustainable infrastructure
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 3-5 year market impact potential
- Lead strategic partnerships with research institutions and startups
- Present futuristic technology concepts to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Build and mentor a team of futurist analysts and technology scouts
- Ensure all initiatives align with ESG principles and accessibility standards
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting long-term tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or unicorns
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (e.g., AI adoption curves)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals or major publications
- Experience leading global technology foresight initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proficiency in scenario planning frameworks and trend analysis tools
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation preferred
