Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps for AI, quantum, and biotech verticals
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and disruptive innovations to identify strategic opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology adoption
- Author visionary white papers and thought leadership on post-2026 technological paradigms
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into current development cycles
- Establish KPIs to measure progress toward 2026 technology milestones
- Represent the company at global tech forums and future-focused conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist research
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent strategic foresight training preferred
- Experience working with C-suite on technology transformation initiatives
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry publications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Innovation, or related field
